This drawing is sponsored by Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros (“Sponsor”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this drawing.

Eligibility

The drawing is open to legal residents of Massachusetts and New Hampshire who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Not eligible to enter or win:

  • Employees, officers, or agents of Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros
  • Immediate family members of such individuals (spouse, parents, siblings, children)
  • Anyone involved in the promotion or operation of the drawing

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including residency and age.

Entry Period

Entries will be accepted from:

  • February 1, 2026 through March 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter:

    1. Referral Entry (Earn Multiple Entries)
      Refer someone to schedule and attend a free consultation phone meeting with Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros during the Entry Period.
      To qualify:
      The referred household must schedule and attend a free consultation during the
      Entry Period, and
      The referred household must include the referrer’s name in the “Referred By” field
      Each qualifying referral earns the referrer one (1) entry. Multiple qualifying referrals may result in multiple entries.
    2. Consultation Entry (One Entry)
      Schedule and attend a free consultation phone meeting with Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros during the Entry Period.
      Each household that schedules and attends a free consultation during the Entry Period receives one (1) entry.
    3. Free Alternative Entry (Mail-In)
      To enter without scheduling a consultation, mail a 3×5 card with your full name, address, phone number, and email address to:

      Mail-in entries must be:
      Postmarked by March 6, 2026, and
      Received by March 10, 202
      Limit one (1) mail-in entry per household.

Entry Conditions and Restrictions

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
A purchase will not increase chances of winning.
Entries must be submitted by eligible individuals only.
Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions.
Sponsor may require proof of identity and eligibility before awarding a prize.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to Boston Bruins vs. Winnipeg Jets
Date/Time: March 19, 2026 at 7:00 PM
Delivery: Digital transfer via Ticketmaster
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $300
Seat location details are not disclosed.

The prize is:

  • Non-transferable and non-assignable by Sponsor
  • Not redeemable for cashNo substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion (including substitution with a prize of equal or greater value)
  • Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and any costs not expressly stated (including transportation, parking, food, etc.).

Winner Selection and Drawing

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about:

March 13, 2026
Location: Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros’ office in Westford, MA
Sponsor may live stream the drawing on social media for transparency. If live streamed, the drawing may be recorded and/or replayed.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be notified within approximately 48 hours of the drawing by phone, email, and/or text message (any of the above).
The winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification attempt to claim the prize.

If the winner:

  • does not respond within the required time,
  • cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, or
  • is determined to be ineligible,

Then the winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select one (1) alternate winner by random drawing.

Prize Delivery

Tickets will be delivered to the winner by electronic transfer via Ticketmaster to an email address provided by the winner.
Winner must provide any information reasonably required to complete the transfer.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect contact information or technical issues outside Sponsor’s control.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and town/state on Sponsor’s website and/or social media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the drawing, contact the winner, and maintain entry records.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the drawing.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries
  • technical failures of any kind
  • any issues related to phone, email, text, or internet service disruptions

This drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Boston Bruins, the National Hockey League (NHL), TD Garden, Ticketmaster, or any of their respective affiliates.
