After years working in the field, Rod saw firsthand how often home Wi-Fi performance remained inconsistent despite modern equipment and widespread advice. That experience led to a design-first approach focused on correctness, reliability, and predictable outcomes — particularly in existing homes, where Wi-Fi challenges are most complex.
