Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros Boston Celtics Ticket Drawing Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor:

  • The drawing is sponsored by Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros, PO BOX 1003, Nabnassett, MA 01886.

2. Eligibility:

  • The drawing is open to legal residents of Massachusetts and New Hampshire who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Only one entry per household is permitted, verified by name and address.
  • Employees, officers, or agents of Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and anyone involved in the promotion or operation of the drawing are not eligible to participate or win.

3. Entry Period:

  • Entries will be accepted from September 1, 2025, through November 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.
  • Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter:

  • Consultation Entry: Schedule and attend a free consultation phone meeting with Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros during the entry period. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Each household that completes a consultation will receive one entry.
  • Free Alternative Entry: To enter without scheduling a consultation, mail a 3×5 card with your full name, address, phone number, and email address to: Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros, PO BOX 1003, Nabnassett, MA 01886. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 1, 2025, and received by November 3, 2025. Limit one entry per household.
  • Entries that do not comply with these rules will be void.

5. Prize:

  • The prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Boston Celtics vs. Indiana Pacers game on January 21, 2026 at 7:30PM, with an approximate retail value of $480.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the discretion of Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros.
  • The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize, which is considered ordinary income by the IRS.

6. Drawing:

  • One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 5, 2025, at Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros’ office in Westford, MA.
  • The drawing may be live-streamed on social media for transparency.
  • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the drawing and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Availability:

  • The prize tickets will be available for inspection at Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros’ office, 496 Groton Rd, Westford, MA 01886, by appointment, starting December 1, 2025.
  • The winner must claim the tickets by January 10, 2026, or the prize may be forfeited.

8. General Conditions:

  • No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros, which are final and binding.
  • Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the drawing.
  • The drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

9. Publicity:

  • By entering, participants grant Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros permission to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Winner List:

  • For the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros, PO BOX 1003, Nabnassett, MA 01886 within 30 days of the drawing.
