Rob and Juwann are true professionals. They are knowledgeable, professional and personable, thus earning the "pro" in their business name. We've had wi-fi issues in our home for months that none of the tech services could resolve. After MV Wi-Fi Pro's first visit, we were up and running. We had a minor problem with one wi-fi enabled TV about a week later. I sent a note to Rob on a Friday night; he responded Saturday morning and took time from his weekend on SUNDAY to stop by my house and fix my problem. That is TRUE customer service. Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros came out and did a great job. Our signal is fast in all rooms of the house. We decided to get rid of cable and stream TV and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without their help. Juwan ran reports and from all over our house and property. He laid out the routers to work at their best. Thanks guys, we highly recommend using them to improve your signal wherever you need it.

They were right on time and were able to find the problem. Thought I might need a new TV, but they said the TV was fine just needed some changes in the settings. Saved a lot of money. Will not hesitate to call them again.
