Merrimack Valley Wifi Pros provided professional service to restore fast and whole house coverage without any dead zones. More impressively, when they realized there was an issue with Verizon FIOS TV coverage, they not only made it right, but continued to call me and return to the house until the problem was resolved. We've had help from the Merrimack Valley WiFi over the last month and they were excellent. The technicians were incredibly helpful and made a real difference in how well the wifi works throughout the house. They worked to assess what was needed and even helped me resolve a complicated issue with my alarm system that was connected to wifi. When we had another issue with our wifi and alarm that was unrelated and that my alarm company was not able to resolve, they came back promptly and figured it out efficiently. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to come back a second time to be sure everything was right.
