We have an old house with brick walls and a rambling, odd layout, which resulted in spotty wifi access in a number of rooms - especially difficult during simultaneous online meetings competing with video streaming, etc. Juwan and Jacob were able to address our issues well, mainly through leveraging existing coaxial cable and some newly installed ethernet cable to install wired devices throughout the house. As a result, we now have a strong signal in relevant areas on all three floors, plus the basement. They were both responsive and great to work with, and we're happy with the results.

Juann and Jacob were an amazing tandem. They put on a lot of steps running up and down staircases and maneuvering in and out of cramped spaces. For over eight years I’ve struggled with balanced WIFI in my home. I’m currently using Starlink, but in 5k square feet I just couldn’t accommodate all the WiFi service necessary for all my devices with a mesh or repeater. The guys were able to hard wire my WiFi so that no matter where I wandered - even into my backyard, I could run my business meetings, stream video, and keep everyone else happy with non-interrupted service. Yes, it was costly - but there’s a “priceless aspect” when service is exceptional, the results are immediate and I have a detailed report showing the significant progress we made. I am confident this was a very good decision.

Had basically accepted my lagging wi-fi as inevitable until Rod and his crew fixed everything. They did an exhaustive review of existing systems and tested the current capabilities, then created a plan for strong wifi coverage throughout the house. They tested the signal strength and speed in every room before and after the install to confirm what we were already experiencing — strong, consistent wifi everywhere. Wish I had done it sooner!

Great experience with Juwann and Jacob. They helped solve our WiFi range issue as we hadn’t accounted for a solution when we added onto our house. They were easy to work with as they explained their process and outcomes as they were working through to a coverage solution.
